Free Shipping

Free standard shipping is available on eligible merchandise orders of $175 or more shipped to one address in the contiguous United States (lower 48). Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, international destinations, and expedited services are excluded. Final eligibility and any shipping charges are shown at checkout.

Separately fulfilled products, including print-on-demand merchandise, and hazardous-material or restricted items, including fuel canisters, are excluded from the free-shipping offer and may carry separate shipping charges. Fuel canisters ship by ground only where permitted.

International Orders

Duties and taxes are levied by Customs in the destination country and the receiver (buyer) is responsible for all duties and fees assessed by the destination country. Check with your local Customs Agency prior to making a purchase.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Lost or stolen items, including international purchases, are not the responsibility of Caribou Gear Outdoor Equipment Company and are not eligible for product reshipment or refund.
