Caribou Gear Outdoor Equipment Company products have a limited 3 year warranty against defects in material and workmanship. This limited warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear, accidents, loss, theft, improper care or cleaning, non-standard usage, or negligence. **Note** Tears, abrasions, punctures, burns, and damage from dogs or other animals are not covered under warranty. These are not classified as defects in materials.
Waterproof duffel zipper care
Waterproof marine zippers require regular cleaning and lubrication. Lubricate before use and as needed during use. Never force a zipper that becomes stiff or difficult to operate. Forcing a dry, dirty, or binding zipper may damage or derail the slider. Zipper damage or derailment resulting from improper care or forcing the zipper is not covered under warranty.
